Applications open on 01 July 2024 and close on 30 January 2025, giving candidates 214 days to complete the process. The 214-day window is comfortable, though last-day traffic still causes portal failures every cycle — applying in the first half avoids it. A correction window is listed (29/01/2025 to 05/02/2025), so errors in the submitted form can be fixed within that period rather than by re-applying.

On qualifications, the notification states: Whoever is a new candidate who has taken admission this year should be in class 11, 12 (High School / Intermediate)  2024-2025 & Other Dashmottar Courses UG / PG / Diploma / Certificates course, should apply in fresh. If your degree is an equivalent under a different name, look for the equivalence clause in the official PDF before paying the fee — a form rejected for a qualification mismatch is not usually refundable.

General / OBC / EWS, SC / ST / PH, and Female All Category are exempt from the application fee under this notification. Pay only through the official portal linked on this page; the fee is normally non-refundable once the form is submitted.
